FAQ
When will we receive our photos and how long will they be online?
Wedding clients can expect to receive their gallery anywhere between 6-8 weeks post wedding date and regular sessions can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks. Wedding galleries will be online for 3 months and regular sessions will be online for 1 month. After they come offline Chloe is no longer responsible for them! I recommend that you download all photos to google photos on two separate devices and also buy an external hard drive to keep your photos on.
Will our photos look like our pinterest board?
I always tell my clients to create a mood board but to go into the day with no expectations. I take your board as inspiration but not something to follow fully. My approach to capturing your wedding day is authentic. Your day is special and sacred to you and your day will not look like what you see on Pinterest. It will look better because it reflects YOU!!! I do suggest that you make a list of your top 5 most desired photos along with a family shot list to make the day flow better.
Do you visit the location before the day of the session? can we call before?
If it is a local venue or location I will be able to do so but if I have to travel for it I will not be able to. Also I am available to call as much as needed before the event or wedding for all questions and brainstorming!
How many hours does your wedding package cover?
Depending on the package you choose will determine how long I stay to capture your day. I offer a 6 and 8 hour package! Once you inquire you will receive my pricing guide.
Do you travel for weddings or destination sessions and are travel fees included?
I do travel for weddings!!! I would love to capture your love no matter where it is at. Travel fees are not included in my pricing guide prices. My prices are set at a rate and any fees like flight, hotel, any entrance fees, etc will be separate and will be different for every client due to location.
